When we started Mindsmith, Ethan and I kept running into the same wall inside every organization: custom learning was trapped behind backlogs, legacy tools, and endless handoffs that turned instructional design into paperwork instead of craft. We built Mindsmith to flip that script.
Our Agents handle the grind: first drafts, structure, translation, and repetitive edits. That frees instructional designers to work as true artisans, shaping objectives, narrative, and assessment with the same intention product managers bring to great software. As teams author in one place and ship directly to their LMS, analytics illuminate what actually moves the needle, exposing friction points, revealing where learners get stuck, and turning intuition into measurable improvement.
