Alongside the templates, eight new built-in skills are available, all focused on B2B sales role-plays. Sales Roleplay is the foundation — the AI plays a buyer while the learner practices a selling motion — and you pair it with one of six approaches: Discovery Questioning, Insight-Led Selling, Deal Qualification, Problem-Led Selling, Value-Based Selling, or Concise Selling. Objection Handling layers onto any of them, prompting the AI buyer to raise realistic pushback and grading the learner's response.
Each skill configures the AI's role, evaluation criteria, and feedback style automatically — no setup required. The two most common starting points, Sales Roleplay and Objection Handling, are pinned right above the composer, with the full set a click away.
