Videos longer than about three minutes could render successfully and still report "Video Rendering Failed." The render itself was fine — the process waiting on it was cut off at a ten-minute ceiling first, so a finished video was discarded before it could be attached to the lesson.
That ceiling is gone. Renders that start right away now run through a queue with a 30-minute budget, and renders waiting on avatar generation get a matching window instead of being cleaned up mid-flight. Long avatar-narrated videos and long AI-generated videos both complete normally.
Failures that do happen now say what went wrong — a timeout, a service error, or an unreachable render service — rather than a generic pipeline message.
