Multiple-choice questions now have a Shuffle answer choices switch in the question panel. It's off by default, so existing questions don't change.
When it's on, each learner sees a new order on every attempt, including retries. The order holds if they reload mid-attempt. A last choice worded in English like "All of the above" or "None of the above" stays last.
