The "view" role can be assigned to collaborators through the Members tab in the dashboard. View users can make comments, navigate the filmstrip, and see all content in your teamspace — but cannot edit anything. They do not consume a license seat.
A new View Only role lets collaborators review and comment on all teamspace content without consuming a paid license seat.
